These Terms of Service govern your use of the Propreo platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Propreo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

Propreo is a management platform designed for cleaning businesses. It provides tools for scheduling, invoicing, client management, team coordination, and payment processing.

3. Accounts and Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with access to all features. No credit card is required during the trial period.

After the trial, you must select a paid plan to continue using the platform. Billing is monthly and processed securely through Stripe.

Available plans: Starter ($39/month), Pro ($99/month), Enterprise ($199/month). Extra seats available for Pro and Enterprise plans at $19/seat/month.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for illegal purposes
  • Interfere with the operation of the platform
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Send spam or abusive communications through the platform

6. Intellectual Property

The Propreo platform, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Propreo. Your data remains your property. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Propreo is provided "as is". We do our best to ensure reliability and security, but we are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or indirect damages resulting from your use of the platform.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
